The project help for this set seems to imply that each image would have a single record; however, I am looking at a list of individuals (45 per page).

I can get the names, gender, date of death; however, would the last column containing the numbers be a record number?

The last column could be anything. Record number, birth number, death certificate number. It is not our job to assume anything. Mark the Record Number field blank.
