Can some one help in Telling me the Names of the Sponsors

In addition to the sponsors not being visible on the record (assuming you're looking at familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QPVD-R43H), they aren't in the underlying data JSON either (visible via familysearch.org/platform/records/personas/QPVD-R43H), and I don't have access to the image. So sorry, can't help.

The record image is in the Memories for GDHQ-L5K.

I've only ever seen godparents indexed in error (instead of the parents), so if only the index is available, then nobody can help. If the image is available to you, then you'll need to supply it to us somehow. A screenshot saved to the profile's Memories may work, depending on the terms of service for your source website.

@Julia Szent-Györgyi It's already there. Bleed through added to German cursive, and I have no chance. https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/memories/GDHQ-L5K

Oh, oops, and thanks, @Áine Ní Donnghaile. (It didn't show me either of your replies until just a few minutes ago.)
1. ? ?es?k Kaufmann, 2 ? Gesell ...macher Mstr., 3 Mad. Winkelmann, 4 Mad. Kohn, 5 Mad. Otto.
Based on context, the blobs immediately after the numerals are probably some abbreviation of Herr, so I interpret it as:
1. Mr. ?es?k, merchant, 2. Mr. Gesell, master something-maker, 3. Miss Winkelmann, 4. Miss Kohn, 5. Miss Otto.
The Germany Research group may be able to decipher more of it. I suggest including the direct link to the memory (the one that Áine posted) in your question, to make it as easy as possible for people to help.
