Ghana 2010 Census - difficult to Review
I was reviewing my 2nd batch and had troubles with the Birthplace field
The city was manually typed in as per instructions, but as part of the Reviewing process the city name is blanked out because it requires one to select a predefined answer.
I had to return the batch because I could not deal with this anomaly

I don't know why someone would leave the city blank as you are able to type the City/Race/Whatever out in a pre-defined field.

on my 3rd batch I ran into the same problem.
Field Help: "If "Yes" was indicated on page 5 in section P05 "Locality Name," index the locality name listed on the page 1 section A05 "Locality Name".
When I attempt to submit the batch, Quality Check says Birthplace: The entered value is not found in the authorities list

This might be a project that it only accepts from the list. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

I have also run into this. It seems the first batch was corrected but the 2nd batch still has the same problem with the birthplace field. Can someone figure out the problem?

There's something wrong on FS's end with the drop-down selection. The gurus at FS will get it fixed sooner or later. In the mean time, there are other groups available for us to index and review.
