What do I do with these Research Hints?
It's the death record of a six-times-great aunt (not my direct ancestor). It's the only Research Hint for her father (my direct ancestor). FamilySearch keeps insisting she's her sister (also my direct ancestor), and won't let me create her in the database.
If I try to make her the focus of the record it tries to marry her to her sister's husband, lol.
That clearly won't work because she has her own hubbie! (And FamilySearch still insists she's her sister and won't let me create her.)
Thanks so much for your help!

I guess you're talking about how it's lining up Marie Louise with Marie Madeleine? You should be able to just drag Marie Louise down or up to create a new line above or below Marie Madeleine, and then you can create a profile for Marie Louise. (The "add" option is not available for the focus person; that has to be an existing Tree profile.)

HI - On the source linker, that is the page you sent, put your cursor on Marie Louise Leloup. She is on the left side of the page. Your cursor symbol will change to a hand, and you will see up and down arrows to the right of the name. This indicates that you can drag the name up or down. With your cursor on Marie Louise Leloup, press and hold your left mouse button. While holding the button, drag the name either up or down to a blank space above or below her sister, then release the button. This will separate the two sisters. You can now add Marie Louse Leloup to the database.

Thank you so much! I started with FamilySearch in the early days before microfilm was digitized and I did my father's and mother's maternal lines using online archives. But I couldn't do my maternal grandfather's line until 2022, so the source linker baffles me, lol.
Thanks again for your time!

yeah, the source linker baffles a lot of us. But it is a powerful tool with a lot of capability. You can go to the help center and search for source linker. It will return many articles about source linker. Here is a link to one of the main ones. It contains links to other articles as well.
Thanks for your additions and work on Family Search.
