Not a question, just some points of interest for indexers and reviewers of US, Alaska—Church Records, 1816–1970: Please take a look [MQGK-XKJ]

  1. no column for sex as M/F instead on the left-hand side of the page are columns titled Boys and Girls with numbers — I think the recordkeepers are counting the numbers of children by sex — so we index sex as I have done ( look at #7 child Margaret Papp) who has the #271 under the Girls column
  2. Notice how I rearranged the entry boxes to match the order in with information is given. Use the Reset Field Order Button to do this — it will save both time and errors, especially with dates. Don't worry, after the batch is finished, the FS Powers will publish your accurate indexing so that it fits into standard genealogy perameters.

Enjoy!
