I just started indexing these and had a question. The top of the column says "pagus". Is that the place of the baptism? in the Baptism column it reads "Kansenshi V/#" Is this indexed, and if so, in what field?

Thanks for your help.

This is a confirmation register - title at top of page "Liber Confirmatorum" see register cover here https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QHV-V38B-1Z9F?cat=3648071

As per PI instructions What to Index point 3:

Mark all other images, including those containing only confirmation or communion records, in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

Look at the first example of how to index these in the project instructions under What To Index. It's the same form as yours and it does have the baptism date. It says not to use the Pagus column, even though that means village. We don't use titles of batches for place names. The example shows to not index that field. (Blank it).
