Full Name Review

the instructions tell you if the full name is not there - drag it over to the correct box. i.e. only the first name was highlighted and in the "box". So I spent 30 minutes trying to highlight and drag the surname into the box. IT WILL NOT WORK no matter what I did. I tried to just type the surname - it would not let me.

Hello. I am guessing that you are working in the "Get Involved/Opportunities" area. You could try clicking at the beginning of the item you want to move, holding the shift key down, use the arrow keys over all the letters you want to move, and then hit CTRL + C, click your cursor in the box you are moving to and hit CTRL + V. That is the standard "copy and paste" keyboard shortcut and it works in every document and every website.

If that doesn't work, you can skip that particular name and move on. If you still encounter that problem I would choose a different area to work in for now, or you could call FS for assistance (8:00A to 8:00P MT, 866/406-1830.

In full name review, the first step asks you if the full name is highlighted.

If it is not, this is the step to mark "No." These instructions then come up. (Press the down arrow next to "Adding and Removing Highlights" to expand these instructions.

You should be able to take your mouse and hover over the part of the name that is not included. This will bring up a blue box over that name. Click on it, adjust it to cover the name, then click attach.

These instructions are for desktops. But the concept is similar for mobile devices. You'll be using your finger instead of the mouse.
