Can I identify a specific location or part of a country that I an familiar with?

    @Yvonne Knapton Are you indexing? If so, its helpful to give the batch number found in brackets to the right of the project title; it looks like this US, Illinois—Naturalization Records, 1905–1954 [Part D] [MQKL-K63].

    If you are new to indexing, the most important things to do is to read all the project instructions and click on each example to see how the records are indexed. The project instructions can be pulled up at any time by clicking on the last icon on the toolbar.

    If you mean you want to index records from a particular location, you can narrow the search to a place, but there may not always be collections available to index from that location.

    For example, I specified "Illinois" and there are 2 projects available for Illinois right now.
