I cannot open any sources on the web site, is there a tech problem that Family Search is aware of?

@Ashlee C. Is it possible to create a prominent signal at the head of the both the FS pages and the Community Help that can be populated with a notice when the engineers are trying out new ideas.
There was an awful lot of "Something went wrong" chaos and very long delays with pages loading, if they succeeded at all.
It must have affected many users who had no idea what had caused it.
If there was a clear notice that things were afoot, then we might all just take a break and wait for it to be resolved instead of spending hours ripping open the browser trying to work out what was wrong at our end.

I agree that an alert header and/or a link to a system status report would be very helpful.

@Kerijy do you mean the global Sources problems experienced earlier this week? My understanding is that they were resolved quite quickly. If you are still having trouble, please provide a specific example.
I have been asking for some time about progress on a 'Current Issues' page, I had gathered it was on the developers' list. @Ashlee C. can you find out where this has got to in the queue please?
