If a notary or some other official puts an abbreviation such as "Wm" for the first name of someone named " William", should I change it to William or just leave it assuming that it is the preferred spelling of the name by the person ?

@helenwade53 You should follow what is written on the record. So if the record says Wm, mark it correct.

Do you include Jr, Sr, Mrs, Mr., Esq etc in Quick Name Review or how is it to be recorded? For Example: Match, Incorrect Highlight, Not a Person.
