Shall I index these?

I have come across declaration of intentions for Chinese immigrants. The document does not look like any I have come across but provides a name and a date of the declaration of intention.

    Unless the DEC is the for the same person as the PET and is on the same image, all DEC's are indexed.

    I came across a batch like that this afternoon. They are all pre-1900 dates and as you said Suzanne, the only thing to index is name and date. there are 8 of these per image; so a lot of ctrl-B will be used filling out the fields😂
