I would like more creative control when printing pedigree charts. Is there a 3rd party software, where I could download Family Tree data and have more creative control over the look of pedigree charts and the content of the individual blocks?

Yes, several different programs for tree management integrate with FamilySearch. You'll find most of them listed in the Solutions Gallery under Family Tree Management Apps. https://www.familysearch.org/en/innovate/solutions-gallery/
