What did you mean by "which is which" - obviously as you yourself point out - you know the difference between them.
In FamilySearch Family Tree _ I dont seem to find either of your George Cramp.
Maybe your first step would be to ADD these two people to Family Search Family Tree (assuming you didnt already)
you can either add them as a relationship to the family tree you see when you click on Family Tree - Tree
or you could add them as a (yet) unconnected person
by clicking on "Family Tree","Person", Recent" "Add unconnected person"
If you were looking in "Search Records" section (primary source documents) and finding items but wondering which record belonged to which George - there is no magic answer to that - you will need to analyze each record and see things like age, and relationships to see if you can determine who is who.
But I think your best bet - would be to more fully expand your family tree in the FamilySearch Family Tree area - so that it is connected to a George Cramp. by adding the people that are yet missing between you and George - on the Family Tree.
BTW here is some Cramp Family Info I also found outside of FS

Where are you seeing this in, "Family Tree"; or, in the Records, of "FamilySearch"?
.
There can be people with the same Name who are born in the same year and place; and, sometimes dying around the same time and, even, place.
.
Nothing is unusual or can be discounted.

Where are you seeing this?
What Country?
