If you are asking how to index, it is much easier for us to help if you share the Batch Number (at the top of the indexing window).

Please share your batch code. It is located at the top of your indexing screen and looks like [MQG4-144]. It is also located under Batch/About Batch and Help/Share Batch.

@sue burville_1 Sorry if we haven't answered your question, but you haven't given us much to go on.

You've posted in the Indexing category, so we answered about Indexing. If you are not Indexing, are you trying to enter names in the collaborative family tree?
