new entries deleted in index "Inmaculada Concepción. Baptism Records 1888"

Hi

Yesterday I found this catalog having half of their pages or entries already transcripted. So, I decided to collaborate and add to the index, maybe 10 or 20 new people. I worked over 16 pages so far. Today, I decided to continue the task and after login, I realized all the latest data I loaded yesterday had gone, disappeared.

This is so frustrating.

Any inside of what could happen and how to recover those records?

Thanks

J.

If you're trying to use the "+Add" button on the index editor-and-viewer, stop. You're utterly wasting your time: the button hasn't worked since at least last fall. It pretends to work, showing you the new entry and all, but it fails to actually create an index entry. There's no link to a details page, and if you refresh the page or come back to it from elsewhere, your addition is gone.

(It has been a few weeks since I last tried. I take it I needn't bother.)

    Repaired URL: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9396-XR27?view=explore&action=view&groupId=TH-1-12144-3969-76

There have been documented problems with the record viewer/editor for many months. Often, even simple edits to an already-indexed record will cause the index and the record to disappear.

Hi Julia, yes, I was using "+Add" button. and the new entry disappeared once I refresh the page. It is complete waste of time. Is there anyone who can help raise the issue?
