For those of you who are far more fluent in French than me, I just finished fixing almost the entire page I was reviewing so I know the same page will come back for re-indexing and I apologize for my mistakes in making these comments or in my own indexing.

Remember that Sisters (French = soeur) & Brothers (French = frère) in a Convent do NOT have Surnames so the Surname is indexed <blank>. For example in French-speaking Ville de St. Cesaire, Quebec, the Given Name is indexed as Sister (soeur) Marie de St Jean.

For this example, since the drop-down lists are mostly in English only, Relationship to Head of Household is Religious and the Chief Occupation is the French spelling religieuse because she/ he is a member of a religious order whose job is to serve God and mankind.
