I am currently researching my family history in Switzerland. I seem to have found some church records that do not agree with what is already shown in my family tree. I would like to contact the person that entered the tree information, but no email is listed for this person, and I've tried to chat people before and have never received a response. How do I proceed?

    @Donald9640

    Some Family Tree users never respond to any attempts make contact, so having an email address might be of little use, either. If you are confident in the information you have, simply remove the conclusions of that person - be it incorrect relationships, wrong sources attached, or whatever. Following this, you might make one final attempt (through Chat), advising them of your actions.

    Of course, it could be they simply walked away from Family Tree after making their inputs - if these are dated many years ago it is even possible they may have passed away by now.

    @Donald9640 If you click on the other user's username, you will have the option to send a private message. As Paul says, not everyone responds, but it never hurts to try.

    Thank you both.
