Error When Adding Child: "The system is currently unavailable."

I'm attempting to add a child to an ancestor's record in my family tree. However, when I enter her information, the site appears to process for a moment, then gives me the following error: "The system is currently unavailable." The only option is to hit "back," which does nothing, or to close the popup and return to my ancestor's profile. I cleared my cache and cookies in Chrome, and tried again in Firefox, but neither changed the result. Is anyone else having this issue?
EDIT: It seems to be working now.

    Yes, it's happening to me currently. How long before it clears.
