Attaching records
It looks like the website changed early and that's causing problems.
I have a marriage record with 6 people (husband, wife, and both sets of parents). Before the update you could easily change the person to attach a record to (start with the wife's side then switch to the husband's) but that's not possible anymore.
I started by attaching the record to the husband's mother (the mother was the main person not the husband). Then I changed the selected person to the husband/son so I could add the wife then her parents but when I did that despite the record being attached to the right people, when I changed to the son on the left side the right side was still the mother. Before these changes if a record was attached then both sides would stick together but that's not how familysearch wants their website to work anymore.
It looks like you have to manually change both sides if you want to change people around. Really stupid. Familysearch was better than ancestry in situations like this but now ancestry is becoming the better website.

But sometimes the person you're trying to manually switch on the right side doesn't show up on the right side despite just attaching a record to them.

@ParkerPendzuk When you are attaching sources and you would like to change the focus person, you can click on "Change Person" in the blue box above the current focus person. This opens a drop down menu. You can choose from anyone on the list. In the case of a marriage, you'll change to the child that is getting married to add his/her spouse. Then change the focus person to the spouse to add their parents.

@ParkerPendzuk You may want to participate in the dedicated group for New Source Linker.
