How do I get my personal history uploaded to FS?

Does anyone know how I would go about getting a personal history uploaded to the FS Catalog? I can scan it but am unaware of a way to get it submitted to FS for review and upload.

And - if the FHL accepts your donation, it won't show up in the https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog which has been locked for several years with no plans to update it in the foreseeable future.

It may eventually show up in the new https://libcat.familysearch.org/
