I think that some people do the indexing not knowing what they are doing or don't care for example this US CITY DIRECTORIES 1902-1936 PART G (MQLM-Y3T) Should be looked at and try to determine who has done this. I feel this is very wrong.

Unfortunately , this is a common theme. It only takes a few moments to read over the PI. People either A) go for quantity over quality or B ) have malicious intent. I'm flagging @Ashlee C. on this so the batch can be looked at.

In cases where you feel there is malicious indexing it's best to report the abuse. This gets it straight to the people who can take care of the problem. Here is a help article describing how to report abuse: https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-report-abuse-spam-inappropriate-memories-and-other-content

That looks like an article on how to report specific abuse in messages or on FamilyTree. But they aren't going to be able to help with malicious indexing. That would have to go through Indexing Operations.

Hats off to all those volunteering on the telephones and also those who keep the computers programmed and going.

Your patience for those of us blundering around on FS are doing a great job. The computer gurus keeping us all in line are amazing. I vote y'all get a raise or at least a few more feathers for your wings. You people are amazing and are greatly appreciated. You help us to do a better job.

(I hope this is where I post something like this )
