Pictures and Texts in Obits and Stories is broken in FamilySearch Memories

Here is what is happening with your images above your Stories/Obits. . .

When you open a Story that has an image/Memory attached to it, the image is enlarged to fit the full space above the Story. The image is oriented to focus on the CENTER of the image, which is why the top half appears can appear to be cut off. (I know, this can be annoying for me as well!)

All I can really offer for an answer is. . . This is working as designed. But Engineers are aware that users are having visibility issues. You can see this and other items on our Known Issues page.

As for your request to be able to print a Story WITH its pictures/images. . .

You are correct; this is not a current feature.

This is a great suggestion, though! We hear this feedback! Stay tuned, as changes to the Memories Viewer are ongoing. Thank you!
