George F Jusko - GR89-LQG
We are trying to find the birth certificate for George F Jusko born in 1861 in New York, (not to be confused with son georgious Jusso L1SV-1Q4) who married Elizabeth Dorof. Possibly Elizabeth would be his 2nd wife. Any information we can get to confirm would be amazing.
Also any information on Elizabeth Dorof (Jusso) would be lovely. (GT51-23K)

It will help the system give you better suggestions if you clean up the profiles. There are conflicting records attached to the various members of the family.
That 1910 census, for example, records the family as being in Manhattan, but it does not indicate that anyone was born in Manhattan. The US Census records don't have that level of detail. It also indicates that every member of the family was born in the state of New York. But, you also have George L1SV-1Q4 born in Poland/Austria.
When records conflict, the hinting system has more trouble suggesting good records.2 -
According to the 1920 and 1930 census, George was born in Czechoslovakia as were both of his parents.
1920 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MFWQ-948
1930 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XH9X-7WS
That 1910 census in New York City is a different family and a false clue.

Do you know where in New York George may have been born? New York City records are held separately from New York State records. And neither kept regular birth records that early.Do you know his religion? We have a better chance of finding a baptismal record than a birth record.
There also seem to be some conflicts in those profiles.
George, the father, GR89-LQG, shows a New York birth, while his son, George L1SV-1Q4 is listed as born in Austria. The 1910 census attached for the father lists his birthplace as New York, and the birthplace of all his children also listed as New York.

This would be the father? George to my knowledge, born in Manhattan, New York per census of 1910.

Also, he came over per passenger ship list 11Jan1882 on ship Suevia. Depart from Hamburg, Deutschland (Germany). Perhaps he was born overseas, and one of the records is incorrect somewhere?
Sorry, I am super confused on George Jusko.

I've confirmed that 1910 census belongs to the family of George Jusko and Mary O'Neil. All their children were born in New York and baptized at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. George Jusko and Mary O'Neil married in 1881 at that same church.

@ASHLEEHODOR I've attached a few records to the profiles of your George 1893-1965 and his parents, with the kind help of another member of the community who reads the language.
You may want to post in the Austro-Hungarian Research group if you have more questions about the family.Best of luck.

@ASHLEEHODOR You're very welcome. It's not difficult when you know where to look. And, I had the advantage of the help of a colleague who speaks the language. The sources are attached to each member of the family.
