Is there any easier or faster way to rid the hundreds of blank entries prior to the 300 already precalculated from the Directory projects? Instead of individual "ctrl B" every entry.

I'm not sure what you mean by precalculated but if you have only 200 entries of the allotted 600 then you can eliminate unneeded entries using the trash can on the tool bar: First click on the trash can then choose All blank entries. In NO case would you control B every blank entry. Control B is used for individual pieces of information that are blank on the original document. Example: Smith, John and the box for occupation is blank on the original document so you use <blank> on the toolbar or Control B, depending on what's easiest for you and your device. You can also pre-fill boxes like Suffix which are usually all blank - use the inverted thick arrow on the toolbar — sorry I'm not good at screenshots and I don't usually index directories too tedious for my tired old eyes — best wishes😎
