I am looking for a descendant of Charles Henry Hodgson Vogel my grandfather... He died in Nicaragua in 1990, My name is Roberto (names removed), my Mother is (name removed), and my Grandmother was Rosa Lopez.

Maybe contact the contributors who have edited the FT entry I found the id for, as above (click on their usernames). They may have more information that they are prepared to share (especially if you can help them too), though they may well not respond.
I am concerned, though, that you may be after living people, and that is really not something that FS Family Tree can help you with.

Where have you looked so far? He appears to have a FS Family Tree entry LR36-9FG, this has a Nicaragua death record atrached for 1990.
Mods will probably remove some of the information you have provided, for living person privacy reasons, and any living people will not be in the Family Tree, though there may be historical records available for them depending on local data protection laws.
Censuses may be a good place to start. It looks as if he lived in the US as well as Nicaragua.
