If I'm reviewing a record and see that a line was missed, is there a way to insert a record?

Yes, on the toolbar, you see the + icon just to the left of the trashcan. Click on it to Add Entries. Choose how many entries to add and where to place the Added entry then Click on Add. Here's an example: (I hope it makes sense)😎 The missing entry is line 6 so position your mouse on line 5 then use the + icon and choose the position After the current entry then click on the Add button. The screen will return to the batch you're reviewing and you can enter the missing line of information and then continue reviewing until you're ready to submit. Happy reviewing 😊
