I have a PC Windows 11 and FTM 2019 logging in issue

I cannot log into Familysearch.org. It started a few weeks ago, and I have tried everything. I continue getting a message

Hmmm… can't reach this page

127.0.0.1 refused to connect.

    Something has changed your computer's name service or hosts file settings. Maybe you are using a package that has altered the way that you access the internet.

    Do you have the latest FTM version? Most third party applications have been upgraded recently after a tightening up of their authentication rules at the FS end.

    There is a known connection issue between FamilySearch and FTM. It should be corrected when the new version of FTM is released later this year.     Apologies, I had not realised that FTM had still not been updated, I should have checked.
