As noted in the description, when you click on "Check Image Availability"

To view these images do one of the following:

You may be able to view this image by visiting one of our partner's sites or the legal record custodian (fees may apply).

That means the image is not available on FamilySearch but with one of their partners. The message is vague - doesn't say where it is available.

The list of DGS included says the same: not available on FamilySearch, but it doesn't say where we might see the records. The list: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/4134878 shows each DGS with a lock, and each one gives the same message. Not even viewable at a FamilySearch Center or Affiliate Library.

Since the majority of these records are modern - within the last 100 years - they are likely protected for reasons of privacy of the living or possibly living. The originals are held by the Vila Real, Portugal District Archives, and that may be the only way to access the images. https://digitarq.advrl.arquivos.pt/
