Unable to access Film 1363713
Film No 1363713 shows a key lock even when you are in Western Australian Family search Centre. Are there contractual arrangements denying access although I am sure we have looked at this film in the past. Is it possible for the key lock to be lifted as this is an important film for Western Australian research.

Are you logged in through the Centre's access? I am at a center in the US this morning, and the film shows unrestricted for me.

Sorry, made a mistake. I was logged in at the Centre on an old computer that uses Windows 7 only. When you access any film in the catalogue on a computer that uses Windows 7 they all have a key lock on them. The film is accessible on all other computers. Thanks for your reply.
