@erutherford I'm reviewing US, Kentucky—Naturalization Records, 1886–1940 [Part B] [MQK9-RQL] From the example of Combined DEC & NAT there should be ONE combined document indexed, not two separate entries of the DEC and NAT as individual documents, right?

    Yes, one document, with the record number and date coming from the PET. If it were for two different applicants, the DEC and PET would be two documents.
