How can I delete someone that got put in a wrong spot on my tree

It saids that I don't have permission to delete them but they got put in the wrong spot so I'm trying to delete them from my tree to put in the right spot on my tree please help

    Instead of deleting the person, try detaching them from the unwanted connection. Go to the person's page and scroll down to the section called 'Family Members'. Click on the pencil icon next to their name and then choose 'remove or replace'. Hope that helps!

    And, once you've detached them from the wrong connection, it would be great if you could re-attach them where they do belong.
