Wrong death and birth dates
My grandfather, Wilburn Sid Fultz, is shown to have died in 1905. This is an error. He is listed in the 1910 census with his 2nd wife and three more children and went on to have more children after that. Also, a picture of his first wife's headstone is shown with the wrong birth date and it said her husband was George Wilburn Fultz. That is also an error. I don't believe that is her headstone and I know that George was not her husband. I would like to fix these but I don't know how. It seems it was George Wilburn Fultz that died in 1905.

I have have used the information that you have given to find your grandfather and has been entered by a another person, you can change the death date ,using the evidence of the 1910 census, as proof.
THE 1st wife's Effie O Pryor headstone is incorrect, the date of birth and the husband names are wrong ,we have checked the details for Effie O Pryor, the 1900 confirms here date of birth as may 1880 this makes the birth dates are different by 10 years, and there is no middle initial, and her husbands name is George Wilburn Fultz, these are completely different people to your family line.
I believe, that this is not your grandmothers grave, but the wife of George Wilburn Fultz's who may be related but, she just has the same 1st name. You need to delete the source from your grandmother ,if you are offered it again you need to dismiss as not the same.
You need to confirm Wilburn Sid Fultz date of birth, checking marriages for the date provided Effie did not marry Wilburn Sid Fultz ,she married a Lib Fultz's .you will also have to restore George Wilbur Fultz record as he did not marry Effie ,he is a completely different person.
