With the new look, how do you see the comments people make on memories?

Yes, the Comments section has moved in the new Memory Viewer.
After you click on a specific Memory, you are taken to the Memory Viewer. On the right side of the screen is the Information side-bar. (If the Information side-bar is not open, click the circled "i" in the header with the Memory title.) At the top of the Information side-bar, click the dialogue box icon. This is where Comments are now found.

what happened to the link “Find other Memories Tagged with this Name”

Since the updates to a new Memory Viewer, several changes have been made (like moving the Comments section). Unfortunately, the new Memory Viewer does not have the "Find other Memories Tagged with this Name" anymore as well as "Share what you know about this Memory."

Actually Find All Memories is accessed by clicking the gear icon then the tag name is hyperlinked on the popup
The new popup menu is nice but because we don’t have documentation learning the features is trial and error:)

Comments/Share what you know about this memory is available by clicking the chat icon at the top of the information panel near the bookmark tool
