Lookup at Salt Lake City FHL

Need help with getting a copy of an item at the Salt Lake City Library. My local FHL will not order microfilm. The item is not available digitally as the copyright is 1980. So, my only hope is someone who would do the lookup for me. How do I go about contacting someone who will be willing to do this? Thanks for your time. Diane

FYI - no local FSC can order microfilm. That option ceased in 2017.
I generally recommend checking for volunteers or professionals on Cyndi's List.
