You can do this yourself via a Merge (accessed via Possible Duplicates or by Merge by ID - both are at the bottom right hand corner of the Details tab).

As more than one person has carried out work on this profile it cannot be deleted. So just follow Mandy's advice and merge the profile (currently known as simply "o") with that of G94D-L57 (Henry Melsa) - making sure the latter is the surviving profile, of course.
