FHL film number
I want to view the actual death record but need to be at a FSC. I have the FHL film number and have tried to navigate the 'search' tab but to no avail. How do I find it? Fred Lee Best is the person. FHL 1908925

See https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&q.givenName=fred%20lee&q.givenName.exact=on&q.surname=best&q.surname.exact=on&f.collectionId=1307888, which (by clicking on his name) shows the source relating to his death (without image) has been attached to LJ5K-RFB.
As you say (confirmed from the page https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/683729?availability=Family%20History%20Library) you will need to be at a FSC (or Affiliate library) to view the image.

Presumably, you'd like to take a look at the image to go with this index entry? If so, you'll first of all need to find a FamilySearch Center that you can get to, and then physically go there while it's open. I've never actually managed to do so, so I have no specific advice on how one goes about this, but once there, you'll need to access the FSC's portal with which to look at the FamilySearch website. If you've done it correctly, then the index detail page (linked earlier) should allow you to view the image by clicking on the thumbnail or link.
On re-re-reading your question, I'm wondering if the problem is getting the Search - Records page to cough up the right Fred Lee Best. There are a couple of ways to get to the search inputs that I used (https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=100&q.filmNumber=1908925&q.givenName=Fred%20Lee&q.surname=Best): via the Catalog, or via the "more options" button/link on Search. Either way, start with copying the film number (1908925), and then use the top menu on the main FS page to go to either Search - Records or Search - Catalog.
On the Records search landing page, type the name into the appropriate fields, then click More Options, scroll down to the Add Record Options section, click "Image Group Number…", and paste the film number into the resulting box. Then click Search, and you'll get just the single search result (which I hope is the one you're looking for).
If using the Catalog, click "Film/Fiche/Image…" under Search For:, paste the film number into the resulting box, and click Search. Click the title of the single result ("Alabama Deaths …"), scroll down to the Film/Digital Notes section, go to page 6, then either scroll or use Ctrl-F (or your browser/OS equivalent) to find the film number. Clicking the magnifying glass will result in a Search - Records page where you can enter the name and proceed as described above. Alternately, if you're doing this at the FSC via the portal, the camera icon should be unlocked (no key), and you can use the image number (833) from the index detail page's Document Information section to (hopefully) get to the image you seek.

@CuffWilliamDee1 If you can wait a couple of days, I'll be happy to retrieve the record for you. I always have a running list for friends, acquaintances, and my own research. I'm putting yours on my list now.
As Julia and Paul explained, you only need to be at an Affiliate Library (AL) to access. It's very easy once you're there. You don't need to be at an FSC.
If you have an AL nearby, you can use your own laptop, smartphone or tablet or one of the library's computers. No special access codes or hoops to jump through. When you're at the AL, the page you see (as in Julia's link) will have a thumbnail of the record, instead of a "Check Image Availability." Click through and download.4 -
