Not able to view documents
I am unable to upload or view a document that is attached to a source. It's been a couple days since i've been trying to view the documents. I have to open my phone to view and on my phone it takes the photo to edit (and this problem has been there for a year) so it seems there are two problems that I'm having.

Your issue appears to be a restriction you have with your Browser
Try opening Family Search in Firefox
Then turn off VPN
Ok
Also, some sources have restricted viewing.
You now have to be a paying member, for example, some documents at Ancestry, etc.
As well, documents not at FamilySearch "ARK"
