Where can I find the city/county codes for Nebraska Birth Ledgers, 1904-1911?

The wiki page for Nebraska has the FIPS code for every county. This is the public wiki page that comes up from an internet search, NOT the FamilySearch wiki page. However, I don't know if those are the same codes as used in 1904-1911.

County codes on Birth Ledger for Nebraska do not appear to correspond to the modern FIPS codes.
