@FaithHamm asked a question that I would also like to get clarified. The example given in the PI's for Declaration of Intention does not list Brooklyn on the actual document, so it is not indexed. However, the image I have does record Brooklyn, New York, United States of America. I think I should write what is on the document for place of record.

I would appreciate your comments.

    You'll follow the example of New York, United States of America. The researcher will be able to see Brooklyn when s/he views the document.

    I think the confusion comes in because the example of the PET requires Brooklyn, New York, United States of America
