Google Translate: Hello everyone, I have a concern and it is that I found the information about my great-grandparents and an attached image appears that…. I would believe that it is the baptism certificate of my great-grandparents but it says that to see it I have to pay. I would like to know the cost and the procedure to make the payment please. Somebody could help me? Beforehand thank you very much

@rossire No hay ningun cargo. Los servicios de FamilySearch son gratis.

"Pueden aplicarse tarifas a uno de los sitios de nuestros socios."
No dice que hay cargo de FamilySearch. El socio puede ser La Iglesia en Colombia.

That's the generic "can't see it here" message. Notice the hypothetical: it's possible that it's available elsewhere, and if it is, it's possible that it's paywalled there — but all of the specifics are outside of FamilySearch's purview.
I looked up the specific film, and the catalog indicates that it contains confirmations up to 1937, a marriage index up to 1983, marriages up to 1939, marriage documents up to 1930, and an index of deaths up to 1983. This makes me strongly suspect that the film is restricted due to privacy laws. (Unsuprisingly, given the size of its holdings, FS enforces access restrictions on a whole-film basis: every image in the group must be unrestricted in order for the group to be unrestricted.)
