Here are a couple batches that he shared with me and he has several more that could be looked at. 

Zendesk ticket number 748665

The malicious indexing: Indexer used Elizabeth for the given name and then put Ctrl+B for all other fields.

    Having looked at ticket 748665 dated 20th June and the notes attached I can see that the problem has been referred to a senior person dealing with indexing and this type of complaint. This may take some time to resolve but be assured it will be resolved.
