I need help accessing my Ancestry Church account
In 2015 my free Church Ancestry account was created with my email address, and it keeps asking me to start a free trial. I tried to create a new Church Ancestry account, but my email address was already linked to the 2015 account. I reset my password, but now I can't see any of the details for my ancestors. My Ward's Temple and Family History Consultant said that it's defaulting to my Registered Guest account and I can't see the free Church account. Can you please help me?

After signing in to FamilySearch click on your name at top right and then on Settings. Then click on Permissions and, if Ancestry shows under Family Tree Access revoke it by clicking on the X.
Then perhaps wait a little before going back to FS Front page and scrolling down to Solutions Gallery at the bottom. Click on Solutions Gallery and in Access to Top Genealogical Resources click on Ancestry. Click on Join For Free and follow the instructions. Hopefully that will work.
