Batches Consistently indexed incorrectly

What's the current procedure for making Family Search aware of an indexer who is not indexing correctly? I'm working on Finnish Tax Lists, where there's between 40-140 records, and this person is only indexing the left hand page and leaving out whole fields and indexing other fields incorrectly. I know it's the same person because they're all done the same way. If I see as many as I'm seeing, this person is indexing alot that others are seeing also. He/she's going to a lot of trouble and I wish he could become aware of how to do them because he clearly wants to contribute. We used to be able to email Family Search and give them the batch but we can't do that anymore.

I think I remember @Maile L saying something about reporting the batch code here. There's also this but I'm not sure if that would help.

I certainly agree with advising the person that they are doing something incorrect… I know for a fact that have done some wromg, ,and someone else had to correct them. Why not return the batch to them for correction,, or an email stating the problem and solution… Robinson95

@DonaldRobinson95 Reviewers do not have direct contact with the indexer. A reviewer does not have the ability to return a batch to the indexer or contact the indexer. It's how the system is designed, with good reason.

The only time a reviewer could "contact" an indexer was way back in the old desktop system, but even then, the reviewers did not have direct access to the indexer. Mistakes were pointed out (ie listing someone as 165 instead of 165 lbs), and it would be up to the indexer to correct the mistake(s) going forward. Having direct access would cause a lot of hard feelings and a loss of indexers.

Yes, and that was bad enough when the reviewer got it wrong.
