User requesting removal/deletion of an individual on Family Tree
The user is requesting the removal of her mother's details from the FamilySearch database. She states that the information about her birth and death years is incorrect and was published without permission, contrary to her wishes for no digital publication.
She expresses distress over this unauthorized action and demands confirmation of the removal, emphasizing data integrity and potential legal action if the details are re-added without permission.
I would like to ask for your suggestions on what course of action would be appropriate for a case like this.

The data integrity issue can surely be resolved by either you or her correcting the incorrect information in Family Tree.
Re the rest of it I am unsure there is anything you can do other than either
a) appeal to the contributor of the profile to delete it (assuming it hasn't been linked further etc.), or
b) merge it into an unconnected profile so that it disappears (it would remain restorable via the history log).
I doubt there is any Data Protection or other legal problem with publishing information about a deceased (as opposed to living) person, or that permission from anyone is required to do so, but a moderator should be able to escalate that aspect of the question to the appropriate FS team. @Ashlee C.
Finally - given the differences in dates, are you 100% sure the profile actually represents the person in question?

Thank you for your comment and yes, she proclaims to be the only child. She is okay with her grandparents on her mother's side and other family members being recorded in the Family Tree but not her mother. She just wants her mother's information removed from the Family Tree.

When individuals have data privacy concerns or want to have their data removed, please refer them to Help and Learning, >Find help by topic, > Your Account.
https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/familysearch-account/
The last item of the list contains a link to a form where they can file a complaint or request information on the data we are saving on them.
