"Well this is Unexpected"
Are any of the rest of you often getting error messages when viewing FS memories today (06/05) -
and so often getting his message with no apparent reason?
Well, this is unexpected...
We can help you search literally billions of records, but we can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

Hello @Dennis J Yancey I'm not receiving any error messages when viewing memories on Family Search. Is anyone else receiving error messages when viewing memories on Family Search?

Hello again @Dennis J Yancey With respect to your comment, "We can help you search literally billions of records, but we can't…," can you please describe what type of information your are searching for (i.e. birth of individual, death of individual, census record, etc)? I'm wondering if you need to refine your search?

As clearly stated, this is about viewing memories. The stuff about searching is part of the error message's unhelpful attempt at humour.

Dennis J Yancey, I have been experiencing the same issue. I can do anything else in FamilySearch, but if I click on a specific memory to look at it closer, I get the very same message, every time. I can't figure out what is wrong with my settings. My husbands computer on the same network, works just fine, our phones work just fine. My computer will not open a memory. I can add them, see them in the gallery format, but cannot open a specific memory.

I almost get the impression that some sort of database request is "timing out"
and that factors related to it timing out - may be device dependent.0
