Unfortunately, when an AdBlocker causes the error the original user mentioned, it is not possible to complete the feedback because one never sees the rating scale.
Closing a thread stops communication.
You can see in this thread that another user had the same problem. Disabling AdBlock solved the issue.

Thanks for the clarification of the issue. The purpose of this group is to address issues specific to the Full Text Search experiment. The issues posted here are reviewed only by the Full Text Search development team. The general feedback button is outside their scope of work. My understanding is that the issue of the feedback button is a known issue not specific to the experiment. It is more general and has been posted elsewhere. I will forward the matter to the appropriate group.
