I am trying to download an Utah Death Certificate to post on my 5th great-grandfather's memories but it will not let me due to 'contract restrictions'. He was born in 1840 and died in 1932.

Any thoughts of why this may be happening? Would it go against guidelines if I took a screenshot and posted onto his Memories?

Do you mean you received an email from FamilySearch saying the image is restricted? That first review in Memories is made by a computer, not a human. Sometimes the algorithm gets it wrong.

Reply to the email asking for a human review.

just a thought, you can also download the certificate directly from the State of Utah site. Just google "Utah State Death Certificate Index" to get the exact URL. Once downloaded, you should be able to "post" the document via FamilySearch Memories.
