This Centre closed some years ago, due to problems with lack of volunteer staff I believe, and as far as I am aware remains shut. I don't know why it is still on the FamilySearch Center database. Perhaps it is still hoped to reopen it one day. It had quite an extensive microfilm collection which probably went to the Baulkham Hills Family History Centre https://locations.familysearch.org/en/au/nsw/baulkham-hills

Depending where you live and what digitised films you want to view, a popular Family Search Affiliate Library is the Society of Australian Genealogists https://locations.familysearch.org/en/au/nsw/sydney Note however a visitor fee applies if you are not a member.

The database of facilities is rarely updated. The center in the town where I formerly lived shut more than 15 years ago; I finally managed to have it removed from the listing (after many attempts) about 2 years ago.
