Bug Report: The Restore Person button on a deleted/merged PID is no longer showing up.
This makes it impossible to restore incorrectly merged PIDs. For example, see G59M-2CQ.

The problem has been fixed and the Deleted Person banner is once again shown for deleted profiles.

I am having this same issue, is it a bug that will be fixed soon. I have a person who has been merged many times incorrectly and I am unable to fix any of it at the moment.

Having the same issue with Ruby Wilder GR21-4NZ.

It looks like this problem is related to the following discussion that was also posted in the last day or so. The examples given show both missing the Restore button and the Deleted banner.
Flagging for moderator attention, thanks.

I went all the way back to last June in My Contributions, and all merged-away profiles are affected: the person card popup still has the black "deleted" stripe, but the page doesn't, and there are no buttons for undoing the merge or restoring the profile. I also checked the surviving profile's change log, and there is nothing there for undoing the merge or restoring the merge-deleted profile.
In other words, until this bug is fixed, merges cannot be undone on Family Tree. Combined with the still-unfixed bug wherein 90% of hint rejections are missing from "Dismissed Helps", it means that editing sprees by ill-informed or inattentive contributors are basically currently impossible to recover from, other than by starting over.

Indeed… If I look at the profile page for a "deleted" person, it's actually not clear to me that the person in question has been "deleted"… I can work it out from the Latest Changes for that profile and also from the fact that I got there from a deleted pop-up.
But what if someone has written down the Id? Yes, Find-by-Id gives something that says the profile has been merged into another - but it doesn't state that the merged-away profile has been "deleted".
Given the varying ranges of knowledge of the users of FSFT, I think that this creates a serious risk of confusion.
