Thanks, Áine. (Now if only you could repair this guy's handwriting, too.)
1891
Number 168. Born 6 June, baptized 14 (June).
Child: Vilma Anna, female, legitimate.
Parents: József Klementy, machinist, Roman Catholic, and Amália Witek Palka, Lutheran.
Residence: Budapest VIII, Örömvölgy ("joy valley") street 22.
Godparents: (Amalia crossed out and replaced with) Vilma Witek, single.(I'm not even trying for the officiant and midwife; they're not genealogically relevant.)
The index is not coming up with another baptism for these parents, so I haven't been able to verify my readings, or figure out what's going on with the two different surnames for Mom.

Hello again and of course thank you, Love your sense of humor re: handwriting. The mothers surname will have to remain a mystery for now. Good try though. Her family in US uses Wittek. Pat
